Our goal for the Pancake Breakfast this year was $2000, and the income, minus expenses was approximately $1600. If all students had sold the requested 4 tickets each, the income would have been approximately $3500. Thank you to the students who sold more than what was requested. Your work on this fundraiser helped us get closer to the goal needed to fund our program successfully.
Ticket sales for the Citadel Shopping Extravaganza (www.citadelshopx.com) on September 21st, are very low at this point, with only 8 tickets sold. We have to reach a minimum of 100 tickets and 100 attendees to receive FREE MONEY. We are just 2 weeks away from the event, and we need your help to reach our goals. Contact everyone in your circle of influence because there are bound to be people you know who enjoy shopping, and this event will be great for them and help your child have the best experience possible in the Band & Color Guard. Make sure to have everyone select Los Altos High School Entertainment Unit under the charity list on the Tickets page. It would be a major blow to our Band Booster finances if we do not make our goal on this fundraiser. Let’s make this happen!!
Every week, more families make their Family Donation to help support the students. You are always free to send in cash or checks made out to Los Altos Band Boosters. We also have an easy online system for your debit and credit card use. You can go to our band website, and under the Store tab, you will find a Family Donation “ticket”. Of course there is no ticket for this, but we are using the ticketing system we already have in place for our other events. We have four levels for you to choose from: Basic ($25), Medium ($50), High ($100), and Full Family Donation ($250). You can come back as often as you need to for future donations to make the goal of $250 for each family. We hope that this feature helps more families be able to help out the Band Boosters in reaching our financial goals.
